GBT 2 GBT Extreme Service (GBT 2) Compound formulation is superior to RMA 2 minimum specifications and exceeds RMA Grade 1 compound specifications offered by some manufacturers. The work-horse of our product line, GBT 2 provides excellent abrasion resistance and flex life. It is generally the best value for handling the majority of abrasive materials and is recommended for conveying sand, gravel, limestone, crushed rock, coal, slag and other abrasive materials.

GBT 1 is our premium compound designed for improved resistance to cutting, gouging and abrasion. GBT 1 is the ideal for conveying granite, hard rock ores, quartz, trap rock and other sharp abrasive materials. GBT 1 exceeds RMA 1 Specifications DIN Abrasion 90 or less.
HARC is our premium abrasion resistance compound that provides excellent cost savings to most all users. This compound utilizes rubber characteristics similar to off-road tire tread compound and provides superior wear performance in abrasive applications as well as excellent cut and gouge resistance. This compound is suited for crushed stone, trap rock, copper ore, taconite, sinter, coke, limestone, cement rock and other abrasive materials.
MOR/SC is Medium Oil Resistant and Static Conductive. It is designed to resist the terpenes present in most wood chip applications and the oils present in whole soybeans, whole corn and other moderately oily whole grains where fire resistance is not required.
SOR provides maximum resistance to mineral oils, animal and vegetables fats and oils. This compound provides good abrasion resistance in most applications of oil-treated coal, oily metal and foods containing oil and fats.
OHR provides Oil and Heat Resistance for applications where oil and heat are present. The primary use is for hot asphalt, oil-coated roofing granules, and hot petroleum coke. It will withstand temperatures up to 350° (175° C) while retaining moderate abrasion resistance and good flex life.
